Cancel orders suspected of fraud

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
As most items are made to order, returns are subject to our Returns Policy.
You may be entitled to cancel your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is:
Customised or personalised
Made to your specific size request
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
